Kira-Destiny Prince is British-American, and a Swiss resident.
She completed her pre-law education at Oxford, and International Law degree at University of Kent, Canterbury, England.
Ms Prince, acquired her legal and business expertise primarily in the United Kingdom, USA, the Caribbean and Switzerland. First as a negotiator and arbitrator in international trade and business practices. Thereafter, as corporate advisor to the Cambridgeshire County Council, Department of Trading Standards and Industry.
Ms Prince moved to Washington DC, United States, with a well-reputed Law firm to work in the area of investigations and resolutions of civil rights infringments within Federal agencies. She led the initiative to foster "diversity" within the civil service and its staff management practices.
Following that, she was engaged as a Consultant by a group of international companies establishing their market presence within the emerging markets of the Caribbean and Central America region.
Returning to the United Kingdom, after several years in North America, Ms Prince launched the Central & Eastern European operations of IBC (International Business Corporation, now Informa) & EuroForum, as Regional Director for CEE emerging markets, managing a team of 37 members. In this framework, she produced and hosted innovative economic trade forums for several industries, namely : pharmaceutical & health-care, intellectual property rights, oil and gas, financial and banking, real estate and construction, IT and Telecoms.
In the mid nineties, she relocated to Switzerland as a corporate partner to launch the international business of a Swiss software start-up. Following this successful professional experience, Ms Prince founded her own company, Prince Advisory Services Sàrl, (PASS), head-quartered for six years in Gland, Vaud. From February 2012, PASS International HQ will be in Wilmington Delaware USA.
Prince Advisory represents foreign businesses in Switzerland and provides corporate domiciles looking to establish their presence. PASS also offers global mobility solutions for expatriates and their families ; organises corporate promotion events, and business exchange networking opportunities to reach local counterparts, government institutions, partners and suppliers.
Ms. Prince received UK annual writers award for life writing – True stories. The winning story title and synopsis are featured in “The 22nd Annual Writers conference publication, Best of 2002.”
